"Democrats wage war with the president": Trump's administration set a record on shutdown duration — RT in Russian

Saturday, January 12, became the 22nd day of suspension of work of federal authorities. Thus, Donald Trump's administration set a record — the most long shutdown in the history of the country. Previous similar "achievement" belonged to Bill Clinton. Disagreements between the head of the White House and democrats concerning assignment for construction of a wall on border with Mexico became the reason of the current crisis. Experts note that political opponents of Trump will not make concessions as their main goal — "to get rid of the president", but not to reach wellbeing of citizens. Analysts also consider that the American leader, most likely, will impose state of emergency to allocate money for construction of a wall without approval of the congress.
